I thought $10,000 was ridiculously low with as much as it had to offer and looked move in ready! Can’t wait to have you guys back in Japan. If I were younger I would like a house like this, but our condominium serves us well and this is where we’ll stay.
Still, at $110,000 with that much land and in that good of condition, it is still a steal! Love the atrium garden! I would have it checked for shiro ari, to be safe!
