That is such wonderful news. Never give up!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ By the way, It’s really hard to not school through social media in the mornings or in the evenings I tend to do it when I’m just exhausted, but it does totally ignite my anxiety!

Thank you. And yes, it's tough. I've found a short-term habit to (hopefully) break me of doomscrolling. I'm going through all my screenshots, month by month, to find all the ideas for Japan destinations. Hiro and I will be home in May, and I've got a lot of ideas to parse through.

That is encouraging news given all the work you've put it to get to point. They re willing to invest their time so stay in that hope because you can respond to them. You're a great writer from I have seen. Best of luck to you .

Thanks for sharing how you’re feeling these days, Brian, and your good news. My anxiety and depression have been flaring up lately. For me, it’s walking outside in the forest and in the snow this week. And working on my family memoir, staying focused and getting a complete draft done.

I bet there are beautiful places to walk near you. When Hiro and I lived in BC, and whenever I needed to drive back to Seattle for work, I made it a point to drive along the Chuckanut Highway and to stop at Larrabee State Park. I love it there.

Gambatte! What helps me is listening to yt videos with inspiring messages while I sleep or rest. Louise Hay meditations are very well known.

I mostly use yoga nidra meditations and find them very helpful. Thank you for your suggestion.

M limiting myself to one or two days a week on social media. My nervous system just can’t take too much right now. Take care of yourself.

Well done Brian! And thanks for something to smile about amidst all the horriblness out there. Bask in the win, no matter what comes next -- but I'm crossing my fingers it will be another, bigger, win :)
